Method

  1. Begin scandi bowl assembly with ancient grain rice blend at the base and layer over with salmon, watercress, fennel, avocado sliced plums and top with fennel fronds.
  2. Whisk olive oil, nectar, balsamic, wholegrain mustard until combined and pour over salad.
