A tasty Chinese plum sauce, perfect to accompany your favourite dumplings, spring rolls, or use as a marinade.
Method

Place all ingredients in a pan over a high heat, and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium and allow it to simmer for 20-30 minutes or until reduced and thickened.

Remove cinnamon and star anise and pour into sterilised jars.

Serve with your favourite dumplings, spring rolls, or use as a marinade.
